Trans-seasonal Midi

Clutching on to any last remains of summer we have left, midi dresses are the best way to slide into autumn this year.

I’ve paired this silky midi dress from ASOS with a truly amazing frilly blouse, bought from HM. ( still available but I cant find the links online )

Midi lengths are such a most loved style of mine. I think they are super flattering and really easy to pair with other items whether it be shoes or jackets. Either midi length skirts, dresses or trousers are a must-have in anyones wardrobe right now.

This black dress looks gorgeous on its own or over the top of a t-shirt or like I have styled here, with a blouse. I think the blouse is such a big contrast to the dress and gives it a whole different look.

The sleeves have the best flared cuff which I love to keep poking out the bottom of a jacket.

On top i’ve thrown on this sassy leopard print jacket from Zara. This statement jacket is my absolute favourite piece in my wardrobe at the moment and takes me straight into autumn trends.

I’ve simply worn my Adidas trainers with this outfit as I just wanted to keep the look casual and comfortable. Similarly with my Whistles Verity backpack, it just keeps the outfit quite effortless and stylish.
